
The Harrison County Parks and Recreation Board was established in 1965. In 1967 the Franklin Township Athletic Club dedicated the first Harrison County Park. The park was named after one of Franklin Township's most prolific figures; Walter Q. Gresham. To learn more about the Walter Q.
